How do I contact the Virtu team?
Choose Send feedback in the app’s profile menu, or email support@virtu-oso.com.
In Send feedback, set Feedback type to Support
You’ll find it in the profile menu and in Preferences › About. We reply to your account’s email address.
Add the support diagnostics
Choose Copy next to Preferences › About › Support diagnostics and paste it into your message. It holds the app version and device details, nothing personal.
