Community guidelines

Members share their playing on Virtu and help each other improve. These rules keep that space safe. You agree to them once, before your first post, comment or written review.

Honest and kind

Say what you hear, as specifically as you can. Say it kindly. Everyone here is working on something.

What isn’t allowed

Each one matches a report reason in the app.

  • Harassment or hate
Insults, threats, bullying, or attacks on who someone is
  • Sexual or violent content
Sexual material, graphic violence, or anything that encourages harm
  • Personal information
Anyone’s phone number, address or other private details
  • Copyright infringement
Scores, recordings or text you don’t have the right to share
  • Inappropriate name or photo
Offensive names or profile photos, or pretending to be someone else
  • Something else
Anything illegal, or anything else that harms other members

No tolerance for abuse

We remove content that breaks these rules. Accounts that post abusive or objectionable content are suspended.

Checked before it’s posted

  • Posts, comments, reviews and display names are checked automatically before they appear.
  • Photos are checked automatically when you upload them.
  • Written reviews are also checked by our team before they appear.

Report something

  1. Open the ⋯ menu on someone else’s post, comment or review. It’s also on a performance someone shared with you by link.
  2. Choose Report, then pick a reason.
  3. Add details if you like. You can block the person at the same time.

What you report is hidden from you right away.

Block someone

Open the ⋯ menu and choose Block. You stop seeing each other’s posts, comments and reviews. They aren’t told.

To unblock, go to Preferences › Account › Blocked users.

We review every report within 24 hours

Our team removes content that breaks these rules. Serious or repeated violations get the account suspended.
