Bach's French Suite No. 5 in G major, BWV 816, a suite of seven dances: Allemande, Courante, Sarabande, Gavotte, Bourrée, Loure and Gigue. An early version stands in Bach's own hand in the 1722 notebook for his wife Anna Magdalena. The dances here follow the Bach-Gesellschaft edition.
