The second movement of Clementi's Sonatina in C major, Op. 36 No. 1, first published in London in 1797. A gentle Andante in F major and triple time sings a simple melody, graced with trills, over a flowing triplet accompaniment. This edition follows the London first edition, with Clementi's original fingering, compared with Artaria's Vienna print.
