The finale of Clementi's Sonatina in C major, Op. 36 No. 1, first published in London in 1797. A quick Vivace in 3/8 runs lightly through sixteenth-note figures over a steady eighth-note bass, with sudden turns between piano and forte, and closes fortissimo. This edition follows the London first edition, with Clementi's original fingering, compared with Artaria's Vienna print.
