The third movement of Bach's Sonata in D major, BWV 963: a 37-bar fugue in B minor in common time. Its subject opens with a rising fifth from B to F-sharp, and the fugue closes on a B major chord under a fermata. This edition follows the copy in Johann Peter Kellner's manuscript collection.
