The Adagio molto of Beethoven's Sonata in C minor, Op. 10 No. 1, published in 1798: a slow movement in A-flat major, in sonata form without a development, whose richly ornamented melody is interwoven with rapid runs. This edition follows the London Cocks edition of about 1846, edited by Carl Czerny.
