Fast Dance (Aprózó, Mărunțel), sixth and last of Bartók's Romanian Folk Dances, Sz. 56. An Allegro in 2/4 on a tune from Belényes in Bihar gives way to a Più allegro on a second tune from Nyágra, and the dance ends on a fermata. This edition follows Universal-Edition's first print of 1918, with its fingering, its pedal marks and the left-hand ossia it prints.
