Happily EnoughOp. 15 No. 5

The fifth of the thirteen pieces in Schumann's Kinderszenen, Op. 15, composed in 1838 and published in 1839. A contented melody in D major sings in eighths over flowing sixteenth-note harmonies; the last eight bars colour it with B-flats and stop on the dominant seventh, and a D.C. leads back to the opening. This edition follows the Breitkopf & Härtel first edition.
